The draft of the decision on this is included in the agenda for the August 10 session of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

In the course of the second quarter of this year, 193 valid passports have been issued in foreign countries, but state duty has not been levied. Moreover, those passports were issued by the embassies of the Republic of Armenia in Damascus (81 cases), Aleppo (111 cases), Lebanon (1 case) to citizens of the Republic of Armenia and to the foreign nationals of Armenian descent who have acquired citizenship of the Republic of Armenia or have applied to obtain the passport of the Republic of Armenia for the first time.
