The Government of the Republic of Armenia has made an amendment and supplements to its previously adopted decision “On Supporting Construction of the New Aleppo District in Ashtarak City”. The goal is to help the Center for Coordination of Syrian-Armenians’ Issues NGO develop the procedure for allocating and reimbursing the homes (apartments) in the district by proposing certain principles. The homes (apartments) will be allocated by the voluntary principle, that is, through contracts enshrining several terms and conditions and signed between the President of the NGO and the Syrian-Armenian families, reports the press service of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
