The heads of 9 villages of Dersim region, who are in Armenia, will visit the Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex on March 24 at 11:00.

On March 24 at 13:00, Head of Modus Vivendi Center Ara Papyan and the heads of 9 villages of Dersim region will give a press conference at the Post Scriptum Press Club (2a Arshakunyats Avenue, Press Building, 3^rd floor). The press conference is organized by the RA Ministry of Diaspora and Modus Vivendi Center as part of the “Awakening of Memory” Program.

The heads of the villages, under the leadership of President of the Federation of Unions of Dersim Ahmet Balkes and President of the Union of Armenians and Alevis of Dersim Serkan Sariatash, visited the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Khor Virap, the History Museum of Armenia and the Institute of Ancient Manuscripts after Mesrop Mashtots (Matenadaran) and were received in Yerevan and in the Ararat Province.

A bus for journalists will move from the building of the RA Ministry of Diaspora towards Tsitsernakaberd and then to the Press Building.
