On Apr. 29, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received member of the Armenian community of Kazakhstan, benefactor David Varagyan.

The current issues concerning the Kazakh-Armenian community were presented and the possible ways of solving those issues were discussed during the meeting.

Emphasizing the unity of all Armenians for the solution to the primary issues of national concern, Minister Hranush Hranush Hakobyan attached importance to the need for preserving the Armenian language and identity in the Diaspora, presented the programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and urged the Kazakh-Armenian community to show more active participation in the programs aimed at preserving the Armenian identity in particular.

An agreement was reached on continuing and deepening the cooperation.
