On December 30, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan visited N military unit of the Armed Forces in the Kanaker District.

Greeting the commanders and servicemen of the military unit, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, Minister Hranush Hakobyan congratulated them on the New Year and Christmas and wished them peace, love, solidarity, as well as vigor and strength. The Minister particularly stated the following: “Dear young Armenians, Armenians in Armenia, Artsakh and the Diaspora are thinking about you every hour and know that we Armenians have a victorious army, a heroic army, brave soldiers and are waiting to hear good news about your service and courageous acts. We take pride in your courage, your determination to give an adequate response to the adversary, your willingness to defend the integrity of the borders of Armenia and your bravery. May the year 2017 be a year of the implementation of our goals and dreams and a year of peace for all of us!”

Minister Hranush Hakobyan talked to the servicemen, asked about their daily activities and urged them to read more and be more alert. Afterwards, the Minister visited the barracks where she was introduced to the living conditions of the soldiers.

At the end, the Minister of Diaspora wished the soldiers and commanders well and peace.
