On October 14, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received newly appointed Ambassador of Greece to the Republic of Armenia Nafsika Nancy.

Greeting the guest, the Minister introduced the newly appointed Ambassador to the policy of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and the programs promoting the implementation of that policy, as well as the key objectives and future actions of the Ministry.

The sides touched upon the upcoming Pan-Armenian Forum of Journalists to be held by the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

The measures for awakening the national identity in the Armenians abroad, identifying the potential and preserving the Armenian identity, as well as the programs for the homeland recognition of Diaspora Armenian youth were discussed.

Newly appointed Ambassador Nafsika Nancy expressed gratitude for the cordial reception and the substantial conversation and stated that the Armenians of Greece make great contributions in the spheres of culture and education in the country.
