Listen, Turkey! We Remember and Demand

On December 24, the young members of the Araratian Patriarchal Diocese presented the play “Listen, Turkey! We Remember and Demand”. The play was held at the hall of Holy Trinity Church of the Araratian Patriarchal Diocese, as the APD news department reports.
The play began with the Lord’s Prayer, after which Father, Senior Priest Petros Malyan gave his blessings and welcoming remarks.
The play was presented in the form of a trial during which assassin Turkey tries to justify its crime. Intellectuals and Haiduks, brides and children, Armenian fields, rivers and mountains were the “eyewitnesses” of the crime. The goal of the play was to remind the world once again about the just Armenian Cause with the call “Listen, Turkey! We Remember and Demand!”
After the play, the participating youth received badges with the picture of the Forget-Me-Not flower symbolizing the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide on behalf of the Vicar of the Prelacy of the Araratian Patriarchal Diocese, His Grace, Father, Archbishop Navasard.
