A petition urging the government of New Zealand to recognize the Armenian Genocide has been posted on Change.org, Artsakhpress reports.

“By minimizing, ignoring and even forgetting the fact that the crime of the Armenian Genocide took place, we encourage the future Hitlers and Talaats to commit new crimes and to be rest assured that they will also remain unpunished,” as stated in the petition.
