To the administration of Khoren and Shushanik Avedisian School,

Dear teachers and students, compatriots,

On behalf of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I would like to congratulate you on the 15^th anniversary of the Khoren and Shushanik Avedisian School.

This school not only provides students with education and upbringing, but also sets an example and serves as a lesson to love parents, and the name of the school says it all.

In memory of his parents, Edward Avedisian created a educational complex that provides the young generation with high-quality education. Only an Armenian with love for the homeland, aspiration to serve the homeland and an understanding of the value of education could be capable of carrying out such a helpful and beautiful program.

Throughout history, even in the most difficult conditions, Armenians have set aside and appreciated the role of schools because they have understood the goal of a school in terms of education, ideology and national preservation.

In the 21^st century, Armenians must be smart, educated and competitive, and the school is the major smithy for shaping such Armenians. Schools today must be beautiful, substantial and equipped with the latest technologies. I am pleased to see that, with Edward Avedisian’s idea and sponsorship, today we are providing Armenian children with an educational complex that falls in line with international standards.

I am certain that the schoolteachers will be on top not only with the purpose of shaping the children and carrying out the mission of providing them with an Armenian education, but also with the purpose of maintaining and protecting this wonderful institution.
