Another stage of the “Ari Tun” Program draws to an end
On August 22, Chief of Staff of the RA Ministry of Diaspora Firdus Zakaryan, Head of the Department of All-Armenian Programs at the RA Ministry of Diaspora Armen Andreasyan, guests from Artsakh and the host families of Armenia’s provinces participated in the solemn closing ceremony of the 7th stage of the “Ari Tun” Program organized by the RA Ministry of Diaspora at the “Ari Tun” Camp in Tsakhkadzor.
Greeting the gathered, Chief of Staff of the RA Ministry of Diaspora Firdus Zakaryan particularly said: “Dear friends, I’d like to convey the greetings of the RA Minister of Diaspora. Welcome to Armenia! I hope you spent unforgettable days and became more connected to Armenia. We’re happy to see you here. In the Homeland you seem to become purified, motivated and return, feeling more Armenian. We see growth every year. This year, we have 1,070 participants. It’s very important for us to host your compatriots from Artsakh this year. Here is where we see the Armenia-Diaspora-Artsakh triumvirate. Dear youth, the future is yours. You are the owners of our country. I’d like to see you leave the camp with a great sense of responsibility for our homeland and take with you the idea of unity and consolidation.”
Zakaryan also thanked the parents of the participants and the host families for their trust and cooperation.
Among the participants of the 7th stage were 80 Armenian boys and girls from the Russian Federation, the USA, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Syria, Lebanon, Cyprus, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Ukraine and Artsakh.
The participants of the program gave a concert that they had rehearsed during their days at the camp and were greeted with a performance by Haykazunk Ensemble led by Gusan Haykazun.
