RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan has congratulated French-Armenian figures Didier Parakian (Deputy Mayor of Marseilles), Levon Sakunts (Deputy Mayor of Vien), Frederic Durnaian (member of the Council of Elders of Marseilles), Haig Geliji (member of the Council of Elders of Almelo Municipality), Richard Findigian (member of the Council of Elders of Marseilles), Artur Hovhannisian (member of the Council of Elders of the district council of the 4th and 5th districts of Marseilles), Alexi Gevchyan (member of the Council of Elders of Paris) and Arda Kalaijian (member of the Council of Elders of Chauville Municipality) on the election to their new posts.
