On Mar. 26, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received members of the artistic council for the “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival.

The artistic council comprises Director of the “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival Samvel Haroyan; Head of the Cultural Programs Section of the “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival Laura Avetisyan; Honored Cultural Figure of the Republic of Armenia, artistic director for the festival’s Days of Armenian Dance Karen Gevorgyan; artistic director for the festival’s Days of Choral Arts Lilit Danielyan; artistic director for the festival’s Days of Duduk and Other National Instruments, Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Dabaghyan and employees of the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

Issues on the ideology, organization, preparations and other activities were discussed during the meeting.

In his speech, Director of the “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival Samvel Haroyan mentioned that this year there will be more participants from different countries, including Russia, the United States, Canada, Europe and countries of South America. The cultural groups will perform in Armenia’s provinces and Artsakh.

Minister Hranush Hakobyan assigned the festival’s correspondents and voiced hope that the festival inspires Diaspora Armenians.
