The European Court of Human Rights on 17 December upheld Turkish political figure Dogu Perinchek’s lawsuit against Switzerland. This came after the Swiss court penalized Perinchek for denying the Armenian Genocide and making the statement “The genocide is an international lie”.

This decision of the European Court of Human Rights is not final, and the Swiss government is entitled to appeal the decision in the course of three months.

Every Armenian must sent a letter of protest to the European Court of Human Rights with the demand for justice and demand that the Court does not sell its conscience. The Court cannot deny the genocide.
