In September 23 extraordinary Councillor elections of Yerevan will be held. Considering the active participation of all political procedures important, the Ministry of Diaspora is informing that according to the 3rd point of Article 2, Part 2 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia, those who do not have citizenship of the Republic of Armenia can also participate in the extraordinary Councillor elections of Yerevan if they are registered at least for 1 year before the voting day.
