Hamazkayin New Jersey’s Nayiri Dance Ensemble to give concert in Yerevan

On July 7, under the high patronage of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, Hakob Paronyan State Musical Comedy Theater of Yerevan will host the solo concert of Hamazkayin New Jersey’s Nayiri Dance Ensemble. The concert is organized by Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society and is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society and to the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Hamazkayin New Jersey.

According to Hayern Aysor, the artistic director of Nairi Dance Ensemble is Garik Khachikyan, and the dance instructor is soloist of Sardarabad Dance Group of Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society of Aleppo Barkev Sanosian.

Let us add that Nairi Dance Ensemble gave concerts in Artsakh on 4-5 July.

Nayiri Dance Ensemble of Hamazkayin Armenian Educational and Cultural Society of New Jersey was established in 2004 and has always contributed to the presentation of Armenian dances in the Diaspora and popularized Armenian culture ever since. Currently, the dance group has 80 members.

The dance ensemble has given concerts in various U.S. cities and performed with remarkable singers from Armenia. Nairi Dance Ensemble has also participated in several concerts and festivals.
