РусскийBest works of Armenian modern and contemporary art to be exhibited in Dubai
According to gulfnews.com, 21 internationally recognized Armenian artists will showcase over 100 of their works at an exhibition to be held under the title “I Am Not Afraid of Flying” at Art Hub Dubai in Dubai Design District. The exhibition will run until March 26.
Director of Gala Gallery of Armenia Nushik Mikaelyan highlighted the fact that the first thing everyone mentions about Armenian arts is the high quality of technique that is incomparable. “However, it’s not just the quality. Armenian arts also express the depth of Armenian culture. Armenian culture is deeply rooted since the Armenian nation is one of the oldest nations in the world, and modern and contemporary art is considered the continuity of that ancient culture,” Mikaelyan said.
She added that Gala Gallery wants people to get to know Armenia through art.
