Diaspora Minister receives People’s Painter of Armenia Valmar

On October 25, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received member of the Union of Artists of Armenia, People’s Painter of the Republic of Armenia Volodya Margaryan (Valmar). During the meeting, the Minister of Diaspora and the painter discussed the trends of the development of painting.

Valmar donated the album of his most famous paintings to the Minister of Diaspora.

Valmar’s book has been published through the combined efforts of the RA Ministry of Culture, First Lady of the Republic of Armenia Rita Sargsyan and the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU). Valmar’s works are showcased in the galleries and museums of Armenia, Russia, the USA, Italy, Japan and France.
