President of Martiros Saryan Union visits RA Ministry of Diaspora

On July 18, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received President of the US-based Martiros Saryan Union Ashot Geghamyan, Christina Geghamyan and painter Kaytsak Vanikyan. Pastor of the St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church of the Armenian Diocese of Argentina in Buenos Aires, Fr. Archimandrite Maghakia Amirian was also attending the meeting.

On May 28, 2017, the AGBU Center in Pasadena hosted the charity exhibition of talented Armenian painter Kaytsak Vanikyan’s paintings. The exhibition was organized by the Martiros Saryan Union and dedicated to the anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia.

All proceeds will go to the families of deceased soldiers.

President of the Martiros Saryan Union Ashot Geghamyan expressed gratitude for the cordial reception and effective meeting and asked the Minister to help organize the transfer of the funds.
