Pupils of Chinari village spend vacation in Khosta

As reported Hayern Aysor, nine 12th graders of the secondary school in the Chinari village of Tavush region, with the accompaniment of the school’s director Greta Dallakyan and homeroom master Eliza Bilyan, spent nine unforgettable days in the coastal city of Khosta in Sochi with the support of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and at the invitation of the Armenian community of Sochi. The guests from Armenia were greeted deputy head of the Armenian community of Sochi for international affairs Marcos Kesyan, who kept an eye on the pupils and took care of them throughout the nine-day visit.
The tour was very exciting for the pupils. They participated in many activities, went sightseeing, saw the deep gorges and high mountains in Khosta and had meetings with representatives of the community and poet Varuzhan Khastur. They also met with their peers in Sochi and established cordial ties with them. The guests participated in a special banquet that featured poems and songs devoted to patriotism. The issue on renovation of the school in Chinari through potential investments was considered.
