On February 23 at around 00:45, in unknown circumstances, contractual serviceman Gor Khudinyan (born in 1991) received a lethal wound at the maintenance station of one of the military units of the Defense Army stationed in the northern direction.

As reported the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Artsakh Republic, investigation is underway to clarify the details of the incident.
