Dear Mrs. Hakobyan,

On behalf of the staffs of Tatev Scientific-Educational Complex and Zangak Publishing House, I congratulate you on the 5^th anniversary of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. I wish you and your staff success and more achievements in all spheres of the ministry’s activity.

The unity of all Armenians is the precondition and the reliable path for solving the several issues facing our nation and country. The genes of Armenians split apart due to the difficulties that the Armenians have faced for centuries, have spread like roots of a tree towards all parts of the world, and it’s hard to imagine a greater mission for Armenians than the struggle for the nourishment and flourishing of our homeland with those roots.

I’m certain that only after decades will it be possible to give an adequate evaluation of the efforts and programs of the ministry, and I hope our future generations will properly appreciate the merit of people who helped make the Armenians more united and the world-more “Armenian”.
