RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received President of the Urartu Armenian-Czech Association of the Czech Republic Alexander Sargsyan

On October 27, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received President of the Urartu Armenian-Czech Association of the Czech Republic Alexander Sargsyan.

Greeting the guest, the Minister of Diaspora praised the activities that the Armenian community of the Czech Republic carries out for preservation of the Armenian identity.

Expressing gratitude for the cordial reception, Alexander Sargsyan talked about the events that were held on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic in the Czech Republic and expressed willingness for broader and more multilateral partnership.

Minister Hranush Hakobyan presented the programs of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. The sides discussed issues on further engagement of the members of the Czech-Armenian community in the “Ari Tun” Program and the “Diaspora” Summer School Program of the RA Ministry of Diaspora in particular.

The sides also attached importance to the implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening and enhancing Armenia-Diaspora relations in Armenia and abroad.
