On October 26, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan held a consultation with Deputy Minister of Diaspora Vahagn Melikyan and the heads of departments and divisions of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. The founding editor-in-chief of Zham magazine of Moscow Anna Kivarkizyan was also attending the consultation.

The Minister presented the assignments of the RA Prime Minister to present the precise formulations for implementation of the working plans within the prescribed time limits and in the priority areas and the specific steps, enshrining each step of the plan with solutions.

The heads of departments and divisions were assigned to submit specific recommendations to maximally compress the time limits for implementation of investment programs and assignments and raise the level of quality of work. The Minister assigned correspondents and coordinators.
