President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan today received Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia Movses Hakobyan and Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia, Chief Military Inspector of the President MIkayel Harutyunyan.
During the meeting, which was attended by Minister of Defense of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Levon Mnatsakanyan, a number of issues related to army construction and the cooperation between the two Armenian republics in that sector were discussed.
The President congratulated Vigen Sargsyan and Movses Hakobyan on being appointed to their responsible offices and wished them great success in the ongoing development of the army and in the reinforcement of the country’s defense.
