Dear Hranush Hakobyan,

On behalf of the Consulate General of the Republic of Armenia in Southern and North Caucasus Federal Regions of the Russian Federation and on my behalf, I congratulate you, the first RA Minister of Diaspora, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia.

It’s a pleasure for me to mention that you and the ministry have played a role in the implementation of programs that have helped solve different issues of national concern in your efforts to strengthen ties between Armenia and the Diaspora. The ministry has also worked on implementing several programs in the Northern and Southern regions of the Russian Federation, including the International Forum of Diaspora Armenian Youth, the meeting for Armenian communities of CIS countries and more. I would especially like to emphasize your role in consolidating all Armenians and creating favorable conditions for cooperation with the Mother Homeland.

Once again, I congratulate you and the entire staff of the ministry (Deputy Ministers and Chief of Staff), wishing you success in your pro-national activities for the welfare of all Armenians and for the glory of the Republic of Armenia.
