Task force for 3rd “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival holds session

On June 15, members of the task force for the 3rd“My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival held a subsequent consultation at the RA Ministry of Diaspora. Among the participants were director of the “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival Eduard Yesayants and artistic director for the Days of Armenian Dance Program, Merited Cultural Figure of the Republic of Armenia, dance instructor Karen Gevorgyan. As reported Hayern Aysor, the participants of the session discussed issues on the works, organization and the selection of dance groups and ensembles.

 This year, the RA Ministry of Diaspora, under the high patronage of the President of the Republic of Armenia, is holding the 3rd “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival, which is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Armenia. The festival will include the following events:

1. Days of Armenian Dance (20-30 July),
2. Pan-Armenian Recitation Festival in Shushi (1-5 August),
3. Days of Choral Arts (5-10 August),
4. Festival of the Duduk and Other Armenian Musical Instruments (21-26 September),
5. Day of Armenian Songs (26 September)
