Dear Minister of Diaspora, Mrs. Hranush Hakobyan,

We were very pleased to hear about the fifth anniversary of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia.

It is a ministry that conveys warmth to all Armenians around the world, calls out to them and receives them with open arms.

It is a ministry that is like no other in the world.

It is a ministry that opens its arms to all Armenians around the world and serves as a guide and helps solve all the problems facing Armenians in the Diaspora.

It is a ministry that follows the activities of Armenians in all parts of the world, calls out to them to come home with its “Ari Tun” Program, instills in them the feeling of patriotism, brotherhood and establishes love and unity.

Dear Mrs. Hranush Hakobyan,

As the first Minister of Diaspora, you have served as the “lighthouse on the sea” and have been dedicated to your job for the past five years.

As an Armenian living far away from the Homeland, but with the love for the Homeland in my heart, I would like to always see you at the ministry because I know how kind you are and how much you love being the leader of this ministry.

The Ministry of Diaspora is the symbol of the part of the history of the Armenian people that led to the formation of the Armenian Diaspora. You cherish the Diaspora and are turning the Diaspora into a valuable and an inseparable part of the Homeland.
