The establishment of the Ministry of Diaspora was one of the most important steps taken in the modern history of Armenia. Five years after its establishment, the ministry has become the bridge that links the Armenian communities of the Diaspora to each other through its various large-scale programs and events.

In this period of crisis for Syrian-Armenians, the ministry has done a tremendous amount of work that continues. The forums for lawyers, journalists and lobbying organizations in the struggle against Turkey’s and Azerbaijan’s anti-Armenian propaganda serve as best evidence of the ministry’s preparations ahead of the Armenian Genocide Centennial.

With its activities carried out over the past five years, the Ministry of Diaspora proves that it speaks out for Armenians’ claims, stands up for the Armenians’ rights and the Armenians scattered across the globe as a result of the Armenian Genocide. Congratulations to the Ministry of Diaspora!
