Dear Mrs. Hranush Hakobyan,

I was informed that October 1^st marked the 5^th anniversary of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, and on that occasion, I congratulate you and praise your efforts.

I would especially like to express my gratitude for the ministry’s attention to Diaspora Armenian teachers for three weeks this past summer. I also thank the ministry for the books that were provided for free, and I hope they will help my students as they learn the Armenian language.
