RA Minister of Diaspora: “The most important thing in this resolution is that Germany considers itself as an accomplice”
Turkey thought everything would end after the centennial, but even after 100 years, the campaign for justice continues. This is what RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan told NEWS.am as she touched upon the recognition of the Armenian Genocide by the German Bundestag yesterday.
“Germany is a big country and plays a major role in the heart of Europe, and the most important thing in this resolution is that Germany accepts its guilt and considers itself as an accomplice. This is the biggest slap to Turkey so that the Turks understand that even their accomplice accepts its guilt and think about recognizing the Armenian Genocide,” Hranush Hakobyan said.
