Political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Finland
On October 3, the ensuing political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Finland were held at the level of heads of departments at the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From the Armenian side, the consultations were led by Head of the Department for Europe at the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Armen Liloyan, and from the Finnish side, the consultations were led by General Director for Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland.
The Armenian and Finnish diplomats discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral relations, attached importance to the Armenian-Finnish political dialogue and development of inter-parliamentary relations and discussed the steps for enhancing trade and economic relations.
The sides touched upon partnership within international organizations and during initiatives and exchanged views on the perspectives of the Armenia-EU cooperation.
Urgent issues on the international agenda were also touched upon.
On the same day, the Finnish delegation was received by RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
