Exhibition dedicated to history of Armenian people opens in Glendale
The Armenian American Museum is opening an exhibition entitled “Armenia: An open wound” in Glendale.
The exhibition, dedicated to the history of the Armenian people, will last till June 11,abc7 reports.
The demonstrated photos also relate to the period of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire in the beginning of the last century. “You will definitely get a great experience here about the Armenian culture, but you will also witness what happened during the Genocide period as well as the aftermath of the Genocide period to see how different countries, different people responded,” said Berdj Karapetian, chairman of the Armenian American Museum.
