Shahnur Minasyan: “Let the three celebrations became four and even five celebrations”

Director of the youth organization of Belgium’s NUARD Cultural Union Shahnur Minasyan has also joined the initiative of Hayern Aysor online newspaper, congratulating all Armenians on the glorious victory in the liberation of Shushi (9 May) on behalf of NUARD Cultural Union in a video message.
