РусскийArmenian Genocide commemoration event held in the Northern Osia-Alania Republic
On April 24, the “Erebuni” Armenian National-Cultural Autonomy of the Northern Osia-Alania Republic of the Russian Federation organized an event in observance of the canonized martyrs of the Armenian Genocide. The event was held near the cross-stone placed in memory of the victims of the Armenian Genocide in the yard of the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Apostolic Church, as reported the national-cultural autonomy to Hayern Aysor.
The youth of the community lit 101 candles on the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, and the children of the local Armenian Sunday school sang and recited poems.
