Armenians of Argentina support Artsakh, hold protest march in Buenos Aires

Following the events taking place in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Armenian community of Argentina expresses its solidarity with the people of Artsakh.  On April 5, thousands of Armenians of Buenos Aires held a protest march and marched to the building of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Argentina, expressing their solidarity with the Armenian people once again. This is what spiritual pastor of the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church of Buenos Aires, Father Archimandrite Maghakia Amirian told Hayern Aysor.

Under the leadership of Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Argentina, Archbishop Kissag Mouradian and the clergy, the Armenians of Argentina first prayed for the souls of the martyred Armenians and, on behalf of the community, read a letter of protest that was handed to the representatives of the Embassy of Azerbaijan.

Numerous Armenians of Argentina have expressed the desire to stand by the side of their brothers in case of need and defend Artsakh together.
