On February 23, the cultural and youth center of Martakert region hosted a concert dedicated to Homeland Defender’s Day. The concert was organized by the cultural and youth center with the support of the Department of Culture and Youth Affairs of the staff of the administration of Martakert region, reports Jraberd official newspaper of the Martakert region, according to Hayern Aysor.

Among the attendees were head of administration of Martakert region Vladik Khachatryan, employees of the regional administration, heads of the municipal enterprises and institutions, the teachers and students of the two general education schools of Martakert and citizens. The current defenders of our homeland were also attending the event.
