It’s even an honor for me to be in Azerbaijan’s “Black List”. This is what Mayor of Valence Nicolas Daragon said in an interview with the correspondent of “Artsakhpress”. Daragon is in Artsakh to participate in the “French Days in Artsakh” Festival.
Sharing his impressions, Nicolas Daragon mentioned that Artsakh is a historic and wonderful place that has very deep roots and that Artsakh and the people of Artsakh have always shown their will, courage and determination to struggle. “Upon our return to France, we will share our great impressions of Artsakh with the French public,” Nicolas Daragon said.
The mayor of Valence particularly emphasized the fact that Artsakh is a democratic country where elections are held at a high level and are free and transparent. Talking about the cooperation between France and Artsakh, he also mentioned that there are several joint programs to be carried out in the fields of culture, economy and medicine, which will help boost and develop tourism.
