During a September 18 press conference in Baku, a crazy traitor and a piece of nothing touched upon the tens of thousands of Syrian-Armenians having moved to Armenia due to the Syrian crisis and viewed them as criminals, terrorists and drug addicts.

Although it is not accepted to reflect on the thoughts of the mentally ill since their statements are the result of their sick imagination, we representatives of non-governmental organizations defending the rights of Syrian-Armenians would like to inform those are uninformed that the Armenian government and people received the tens of thousands of Syrian-Armenians with open arms.

There are no criminals or terrorists among the Syrian-Armenians, and we actively participate in the public, economic and cultural life in Armenia and make our contributions to the development of the Homeland. As far as the financial assistance provided to the Syrian-Armenians is concerned, the sums are transferred to the bank accounts opened by our organizations and are our possession. The Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Diaspora and the other ministries allocate funds from the State Budget for the Syrian-Armenians and don’t donate other money.

It is a great pity that gifted, smart and skillful Armenians can sometimes give birth to such sick bastards.
