More than 4000 participants of the Pan­Armenian Games visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex to pay tribute to the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide.

“Tsitsernakaberd is a sanctuary for the Armenians. I don’t think there’s anybodywho comes to Armenia without visiting Tsitsernakaberd. The Pan­Armenian Games have the meaning of the preservation of the Armenians and the trinity MotherlandDiaspora­Artsakh.

We must bear in mind that the young people who visited Tsitsernakaberd, are the descendants of our people who witnessed the Genocide.”,Armenpress reports that Chairman of the organizing committee of the 6th Pan­Armenian Summer Games, IshkhanZakaryan, told the aforementioned in his interview with the journalists. 4000 participants of the Pan­Armenian Games visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex to pay tribute to the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide and honored the victims with a one­minute silence.

The organizing committee members also visited the Armenian Genocide Museum­Institute, got acquainted with the temporary exhibition of the sports section, and in the end IshkhanZakaryan left a note in the memoir of the museum.
