On May 7, the delegation led by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan arrived in Stepanakert. As the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, in the evening, the official delegation of the Republic of Armenia participated in a solemn event dedicated to the 70 th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, as well as the day of the Defense Army of the Nagorno­Karabakh Republic and the liberation of Shushi.

Among those attending the event were President of the NagornoKarabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, Second President of the Nagorno­Karabakh Republic Arkadi Ghukasyan, leader of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister of the NagornoKarabakh Republic Ara Harutyunyan, Members of the Parliaments of Armenia and Artsakh, high­ranking officials of the Republic of Armenia and the Nagorno­Karabakh Republic, Diaspora Armenians and guests from abroad.
