On November 7, through the “Visits to Syrian-Armenians in Armenia” Program, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan visited Syrian-Armenian Sarkis Yahyeian’s Zeytuna Tavern, which serves Arab and Armenian dishes. The Minister asked about the menu, the number of visitors and toured the beautifully furnished halls.

The Minister attached importance to the fact that Syrian-Armenians manage to settle in Armenia and do good business in the Homeland.

Sarkis Yahyeian, his wife and children moved to Armenia a year-and-a-half ago. They have been working for the past eight months, are content with the results and have decided that they will definitely stay in Armenia.
