РусскийNubar Ensemble inviting everyone to concert called “Let’s Sing Together”
The Nubar Traditional Song and Dance Ensemble will give a concert called “Let’s Sing Together” at Naregatsi Art Institute on July 2nd. As reported by “ArmenPress”, the goal of Nubar Ensemble’s concert series called “Let’s Sing Together” is to reestablish the tradition of singing together and to prove that Armenian songs aren’t sad songs, but happy songs.
Established in 2006, Nubar Ensemble has given concerts not only in Yerevan, but also Armenia’s provinces, the bordering villages, Javakheti, Artsakh and has participated in several international festivals held in Bulgaria, Italy and elsewhere.
Nubar Ensemble mainly sings dance songs that present traditional Armenian holidays, rituals and customs. The artistic director of the Ensemble is musicologist Lusine Nazaryan.
