On March 19^th at 19:00, the central committee of Ararat Armenian Sport and Cultural Association of New Julfa will hold the solemn opening ceremony of the 27^th Iranian-Armenian Spring Games, as correspondent of Ararat Armenian Sport and Cultural Association of New Julfa Yeranoush Tahmazian reports to Hayern Aysor. The Games will bring together nearly 250 athletes, coaches and representatives from Tehran, Tavriz, Urumia, Shahinshahr and New Julfa.

The youth and adults will play soccer, basketball and table tennis.

On the evening of March 19^th, according to the already established tradition, during a special ceremony, the symbolic torch of the Games will be lit with the eternal flame of the monument to the numerous martyrs of the Armenian Genocide erected near the Holy Savior Monastery.

The 27^th Iranian-Armenian Spring Games are dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide and will end on March 24^th.

It should be mentioned that the annual Games are held by the Association’s Central Committee, as well as the organizing committee, all divisions and regulatory committee of the 27^th Iranian-Armenian Spring Games and individuals.
