President of the Coordinating Union of Armenian Organizations of the Netherlands Smbat Martirosyan has expressed willingness to provide medical assistance to Seryozha Avetisyan in Holland. The following is particularly mentioned in Smbat Martirosyan’s letter:

“We were deeply saddened by the news about the horrible atrocity that took place in Gyumri. We strictly condemn the inhumane and illogical crime, express our deep condolences to the relatives of the Avetisyans and, on behalf of the Coordinating Union of Armenian Organizations of the Netherlands and on behalf of myself, Smbat Martirosyan, express willingness to support Seryozha Avetisyan by transferring him to Holland to receive medical assistance.”
