Damascus’s Emergency Body distributed New Year’s gifts to Armenian schoolchildren

Within the frames of its programs for assistance, the Emergency Body of Damascus has distributed New Year’s gifts to Armenian schoolchildren of Damascus, as reported on the Facebook page of the Saint Sargis Armenian Church of Damascus.

Members of the Emergency Body, under the leadership of Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Damascus, His Grace, Bishop Armash Nalbandian, distributed beautiful gifts to the schoolchildren at the Armenian Prelacy of Damascus.

The gifts were prepared for the students of all five Armenian schools of Damascus.

The gifts for the Armenian Catholic School will be distributed at the Armenian Catholic Prelacy. Earlier, on December 24, the children of the Holy Translators’ Armenian Kindergarten of Damascus were greeted by Santa Claus. Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Damascus, Bishop Armash Nalbandian was also attending the New Year’s event.
