November 30, the NKR National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan left for Washington with a working visit.

December 1, a meeting of the Chairman of the National Assembly of NKR with the American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk group James Warlick took place. During the meeting a number of issues on the development of recent events in the region and issues related to the peaceful resolution of Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict the touched upon.

The same day Ashot Ghoulyan met with the co-chair of the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues Frank Pallone. The issues of expansion of cooperation with the US Congress and the NKR Parliament and the wide range of issues in the frame of USA humanitarian programs were discussed at the meeting.

On the request of the congressman Pallone, Ashot Ghoulyan presented the consequences of the provocative actions of Azerbaijan on the Artsakh border and in this frame expressed gratitude to the US congressmen for the statements condemning the destruction of the Artsakh Air Forces helicopter.
