Book “The Transformations of Tigran” presented at library in France

Cultural and religious figures participated in the presentation of Alexander Siranosyan’s book “The Transformations of Tigran” at the Mazarin Library in Paris. Maxim Yevadyan is a co-author, reports Nouvelles d’Arménie, according to Artsakhpress.

The presentation began with a speech by Jan Sorde, who is the director of the prestigious library. Sorde emphasized the importance of the book in the field of arts. The book presents amazing and unknown details about the presence of Armenians in classic theater and lyric arts.

Afterwards, President of the Sources of Armenia Association Maxim Yevadyan and Alexander Siranosyan presented photos and comments in the book and held a short discussion with the attendees.

Before signing the book, Astghik Siranosyan (the book is dedicated to her and her sister, Shushan) expressed gratitude to her father and performed Bach’s Suite for the Cello and the works of Komitas.
