Foreign nationals wishing to return to Armenia can ask their questions via video

Foreign nationals wishing to return to Armenia can address Armenia’s government agencies with their questions of concern and even receive the answers to those questions via video.

This is what Head of the State Migration Service at the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration Gagik Yeganyan said during a November 20 press confernece, adding that the Service has a special “Tundarc” information system at www.tundarc.am.

According to Yeganyan, anyone can address a state official, including via a video. Yeganyan also mentioned that the heads of departments and divisions will mainly answer the citizens’ questions viai video.

Yeganyan stressed the fact that government agency receives the citizen’s question, enters it into the system and sends the citizen a 12-digit code, which will help the given person follow the “destiny” of his or her letter.

The head of the MTA State Migration Service mentioned that 2,000 people have returned to Armenia through such programs this year.
