On November 5, the Armenian Fund of France has transferred an additional 40,000 Euros to Syrian-Armenians. The Fund had made a call to raise funds on June 19, as reported by “Hayern Aysor”, citing Nouvelles d’ Armenie.

In addition, the Armenian Fund of France has already transferred 250,000 Euros to Syrian-Armenian communities via the Holy See of Cilicia.

The Armenian Fund of France also plans to raise more funds for Syrian-Armenians during the Phone-a-Thon to be held in Marseilles, Lyon, Toulouse and Paris on 19-23 November.

As a result of the war and the Jihads’ destructive actions, the Armenian communities of Aleppo and Kessab are in dire need of assistance in order to maintain their schools, institutions and social and medical infrastructures.
