Employees of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and guests join #2015RTAG Recognize the Armenian Genocide campaign

The Department of Armenian Communities at the RA Ministry of Diaspora and several friends of the ministry recently joined the #2015RTAG. Recognize the Armenian Genocide online campaign for international recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

Earlier, “Hayern Aysor” had reported that RA First Lady Rita Sargsyan, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan and RA Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan had also joined the campaign.

The campaign has brought together people of different countries and nationalities who take photos with a sign reading “#2015RTAG. Recognize the Armenian Genocide” and post them on the Internet.

The participants of the campaign have created special groups on Twitter and Facebook where they upload their photos, and the #2015RTAG hashtag has become widely popular.

With this, those who have joined the campaign are calling on Turkey and other countries that haven’t recognized the Armenian Genocide to recognize the greatest crime that was committed against humanity in 1915.
